My New Collection- Beautiful, Bald Men
Tucson, AZ
When I was a kid I had the world's most pathetic collection. The standard in our house was not high- I had sisters who collected things like thimbles and salt and pepper shakers. But I managed to sink well below that with my business card collection. Yes, business cards. I put them in plastic sleeves like you would use for trading cards, I think. (Thinking back, this may have had something to do with the facts that business cards were free and I was cheap.) Well now I've decided to start a much cooler collection- bald men. In no particular order:

Tom Knapp- it would help me out here if someone had a larger picture (I think), but the thumbnail looks promising
I will add more as I happen upon them. Yes, this is what I'm doing on a Saturday night. Also snuggling my dog.
UPDATE 1 Nov 2005:
Julian Sanchez is transformed from cute to hot with a simple shave of the head and the addition of an interesting pair of glasses. Actually, the glasses may not really matter.

Drama King Erik Truelove just played an hour with Wendy Adams and the Other Drama Kings at Javalina's. And there's still another hour to go! Yummy!

November is shaping up to be an excellent month for beautiful, bald men. Chris Heward claims to have a mustache in this photo which normally (in the absence of some sort of chin hair) is a disqualifier for me, but I can't see it. I post this here for educational purposes as well as the purely aesthetic. If you are going to be in attendance at one of Chris' talks, I highly recommend that you prepare yourself ahead of time for his lovely appearance else you may find yourself driven to distraction and miss what he's saying. You may need more photos for this exercise.

Looks like this year's competition is going to give my founding members a run for their money- meet Peter St. Andre who is beautiful both when focused and when blurry.

Not a drummer, but beautifully bald nonetheless is Doug Rice, keyboards and vocals for Blues Cubed. Other lovely pictures of this guy are located on Blues Cubed's pictures page.

This guy makes it easy to enjoy every sandwich. Keith McNesby makes a nice eye-candy dessert to be enjoyed in conjunction with one of his Damned Fine Subs.

Nice! Always good to come across a woman who likes bald men.
I'm voluntarily bald (I shave my head) since I realized that a)my hairline was beginning to recede and I would become bald sooner or later and b)I simply look better without any hair on my head than with hair (my hair is now on my face instead).
Sorry, but I don't have any pics of myself on my computer at this time.
I think part of the attraction of bald men is that there's an element of social risk involved since you don't actually know how well it's going to turn out until you do it and by then you can't change your mind easily.

Search Google for the Today Show video segment "Bald Men: Is it Hot or Not?" to see other examples of beautiful, bald men. In the piece, lovely psychologist Robi Ludwig says that bald men are attractive because they ooze confidence. (As in "Are you looking at me?")
